Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we operate under a strict return policy.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom cowboy hats, including hats with added bands, pins, feathers, or any personalization, are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once customization begins, the item cannot be resold.

Base (Un-customized) Items

Unworn and un-customized base hats and accessories may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Free of damage, odors, or signs of wear

  • Returned in original packaging

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Worn or altered items

  • Items returned after 7 days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
